About SilvWork
SilvWork is a marketplace that connects clients who have problems, projects, or tasks with professionals who have the skills and expertise to solve them.
SilvWork may provide tools for posting problems, discovering opportunities, submitting proposals, communicating with users, managing projects, recording or processing payments, handling disputes, account verification, and other marketplace services.

- SilvWork does not guarantee that a particular professional will be selected.

Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and must be legally permitted to use the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is truthful and current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not use SilvWork for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
Accounts
Some SilvWork features require an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify SilvWork if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Clients
Clients may use SilvWork to post legitimate problems, projects, or tasks and seek qualified professionals. Job information should be accurate and provide enough detail for professionals to understand the work.
- Provide accurate requirements and expectations.
- Provide relevant budget and location information.
- Do not post illegal activities or fraudulent requests.
- Do not intentionally create misleading job descriptions.
Clients are responsible for evaluating proposals and deciding which professional is appropriate for their work.
Freelancers and Professionals
Professionals may use SilvWork to discover jobs, submit proposals, communicate with clients, and perform contracted work.
Information about identity, experience, qualifications, skills, and availability must be accurate.
- Do not misrepresent your qualifications.
- Do not knowingly present another person's work as your own in a misleading manner.
- Do not accept work you are not reasonably capable of completing.
- Do not use the platform for spam or deceptive solicitation.
- Do not circumvent SilvWork's security, payment, or dispute systems.
Jobs and Proposals
A job posting represents an opportunity offered by a client. A proposal represents a professional's response to that opportunity.
Users are responsible for reviewing job requirements, proposals, deadlines, pricing, deliverables, and other relevant terms before beginning work.
Messaging and Communications
SilvWork may provide private messaging or chat features for communication between participating clients and professionals.
Users must use messaging features responsibly and may not use them to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another person.
- Distribute malware or malicious files.
- Conduct fraud or deception.
- Share unlawful material.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or information.
SilvWork may retain messages, files, metadata, and other communications as necessary to provide the service, enforce platform rules, investigate disputes, protect users, and comply with legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Payments and Wallets
Where payment and wallet functionality is available, users agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with applicable payment rules.
SilvWork may support balances in multiple currencies and may record currency conversions when funds are deposited or processed.
Payment processing may depend on third-party payment providers, banks, financial institutions, or other service providers.
SilvWork does not guarantee a particular exchange rate, processing time, or payment-provider availability unless expressly stated.
Disputes
SilvWork may provide dispute-management features for disagreements involving jobs, payments, deliverables, or other marketplace transactions.
Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly when appropriate.
SilvWork may review relevant information, including job details, proposals, messages, uploaded files, transaction records, and other evidence available to the platform.
SilvWork may make dispute-related decisions according to the applicable platform process. SilvWork does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved in favor of either party.
Verification
SilvWork may require users to complete identity, business, financial, or other verification procedures.
Verification may involve information or identifiers such as government-issued identification or other legally permitted verification methods.
Providing false information during verification may result in account restrictions, suspension, termination, or other action permitted by law.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to SilvWork, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the platform.
By submitting content, you grant SilvWork a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and administer the service.
Files and Uploaded Content

Prohibited Activities

We do not guarantee the quality of any user, the accuracy of user-generated content, the success of a project, the completion of a job, the availability of any particular professional, the accuracy of market or financial information, or continuous and uninterrupted access to the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SilvWork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
